Permitted use

You may create and share personalized greeting cards for personal, family and other lawful purposes. Do not use the service to harass, impersonate, deceive or violate another person's rights.

Your photo and name

You confirm that you have the right to use any photo, name or other material you submit. You give the website temporary permission to process that material only as needed to create the requested card.

Website content

The website design, branding, original card artwork and written content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. A personalized download does not transfer ownership of the underlying website or template design.

Availability and changes

Features, designs and pages may be changed, paused or removed for maintenance, security or business reasons. Continuous error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Voluntary website support

Any UPI contribution made through the Support page is voluntary and is not required to create, download or share a card. It is not a purchase and does not provide special content, priority service or additional website access.

Before approving a payment, you are responsible for checking the recipient name and payment amount in your UPI app. Never enter or share your UPI PIN or OTP on FestivalCards365.

No unlawful use

You may not attempt to damage the website, bypass security controls, automate abusive requests or upload illegal or harmful material.
